well im back. we've established a routine with our newest little man, the Tyster. lol. he was born july 24 2008 at 1:13 pm and was 7 pounds 15 ounces and 21 inches long. he is growing like a weed. Landon is an awesome big brother! he loves giving Ty kisses and playing with him. Ty Man is a kicker. his feet and legs just never stop moving. Ty has rolled over three times from belly to back. i cannot believe he is 5 months old already. time sure does fly. seth is all about skating. sigh. and levi is doing well with his karate. football season is over -whew. and next up is a break followed by baseball. he is in the middle of doing his science fair project about bean plants and how different substances affect their growth (based on acidity or alkalinity) ...

VEGAS Baby

it was so much fun ... Jimmy took me to VEGAS! we had a blast ... he planned the whole thing ... i got to sleep in - he got us a couple's massage ... which was great cuz i love love love hanging out with him and he's been working alot! it felt sooo incredibly good - and they had this pregnancy pillow thing where i could lay on my STOMACH! i am such a stomach sleeper - so that was AWESOME!then he had an appointment for someone to do my hair and make-up!!! then i got dressed and we went to Picasso (a really nice restaurant - we had a 5 course meal!!!) and then he took me to a show ... we saw the Cirque De Sole show - the one in the water! it was soooo cool ... then i played blackjack for the first time and i lost less money than dh and he played less than me!!!! lololol. it was super fun! they didn't even card me and when the dealer and floor supervisor (he kept coming over to our table and talking with us - we were a fun group! lol) found out i was there for my 21st birthday, the looks on their faces were priceless! hehe. needless to say - it ROCKED!

Jimmy is the BEST! for my 21st birthday he threw me a surprise birthday party and for my gift he planned a surprise trip to VEGAS!!!! it was SOOO much fun. thanks Babe. you ROCK. i love you!

30 weeks!

My Son - Following in my footsteps ...

omg ... i am soo clumsy at the end of my pregnancy (not to mention semi-clumsy regularly). so lets just say electronics are not really my thing. i got water on my laptop, dropped my cell phone in the tub (it fell out of my jacket pocket when i was giving Landon a bath), and so on. ugh. well here's the story:

so i decide to fill up the children's pool so Landon can go swimming in the backyard. But since he hadn't been swimming in a while he was scared and wanted me in there with him. well, any good mom knows there are kodak moments that are about to occur ... do you see where this is going? ....... well i have my DSLR in my hands and i step into the pool ... everything was great until, i DROPPED MY CAMERA IN THE POOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i was sooooo mad at myself ... i LOVED that camera and there is no way we can afford a new one. bummer deal. so i told Jimmy and he wasn't upset or anything just bummed that it happened. i felt like a little girl going to tell her parents that she had broken something! lol.

well ... at least i have my little pink take-with-me-everywhere camera ... its good for when we go to the park, on a boat, etc. so i dont have to lug the big one around. im sure you can see where this is going too. Well yesterday i had just made plans with my parents to go out to eat and i still needed to give Landon a bath, and do my hair and make-up ... i was rushing ... so after Landon's bath i didn't drain the water (and how long would that really have taken - 3 seconds ... dumb move on my part) ... i got Landon dressed and was in my bathroom doing my hair when my phone rang in my bedroom. i answered it and when i came back into the bathroom i hear "blub, blub, blub" and see Landon holding my little pink camera under the water with this HUGE grin on his face. he had gotten it off the counter and thought it was a great idea to hold it under water. oh my gosh!!!!!!!!!!!!!! both of my cameras are ruined. i am sooooooo super sad. now i wont have one for Mother's Day or my b-day this year ... i am asking for one for my birthday - just the little one so i have SOMETHING to take pics with ............ sigh.

Sweet Boys I Have ...

Well, I got stung by a bee today (I have been stung by almost everything under the sun: a hornet, tons of bees, yellowjacket, scorpion! i guess i must be sweet - lol) guh ... there are a TON of bees hanging out in the tree right outside our front door - nice, huh? As Levi, Landon and I were leaving to take Levi to school, I picked up Landon, and there was a bee on his butt. Needless to say, it stung me right under my wrist - ouch! Thank goodness it didn't sting Landon or Lou. So before I know it, Levi rushes inside and comes out with a baking soda paste (he learned at homeschooling with Miss Audrey), a baggie of ice, and a paper towel. He told me exactly how to get the poison out and how i needed to ice my sting. It was the sweetest, cutest thing. So I baked him a batch of Turtle Brownies. What a sweet boy.

Also a couple of weeks ago, Landon picked me my first flowers, and I have to show you the pic I took on my camera phone. Aren't they the sweetest boys ever?!?!

Levi's 12th Birthday

well ... i finally am uploading the pics of Lou's 12th birthday ... he requested manicotti with meat sauce and parmesan mashed potatoes for dinner. For his cake he asked for a chocolate ice cream cake with peanut butter icing and he wanted the icecream in the center to be peanut butter cup perfection from Coldstone (and in exchange for the chocolate ice cream they use he wanted cake batter ice cream!!) -- i guess he knows what he wants -- lol ... it turned out yummy if i do say so myself! Here are the pics of his party:

and then on the inside it had two "goobery" guys they could jiggle ... and it said "go ahead. jiggle them all you want!" hahahaha. everyone thought it was super funny.

the community gift bag ... 3 people used this bag - he would open a gift and then someone else would quickly stuff their present into it! lol ... my bro and his friends - haha.
